How Quickly Can I Be Up and Running?

Right away. Most accounts can be set up inside of an hour.

Is there a setup fee?

Not at all. Setup is complimentary.

Are the phones answered in my company name?

Yes, they are. Or any way that you decide. And the number you are given here at Impact is yours and yours alone. You may even use the number in advertising.

How will I get my messages?

Any way you prefer. Most commonly, messages are delivered to our clients via SMS texting or email, at no cost. You can call in to us, or we can call you. Or any combination per your instructions.

How do you answer calls made to my phone number?

You’ll use a telephone company or telephone system feature known as call forwarding. Check to see if you have the feature on your lines from the phone company if your phone system can be programmed for call forwarding. Call forwarding can be activated or deactivated at your command.

Do I need to give you my credit card number for a free trial?

Keep your card in your wallet! We won't need that until you decide to sign up for one of our great answering service plans!

How do I know which price plan to choose?

During your free 30 day trial, we will assist you in determining your average minutes used per month to select the best plan. If minutes used changes later, just change your plan to match!
